When this coffee is roasted medium, you get both brightness and a honey-like flavor.  

Great as a filter brew.

FARM NOTES:This coffee is from the Mutambu commune near the Mongue nature reserve in the Bujumbura. This coffee grows at an elevation of 2,000 meters above sea level. Mutambu is one of the hilltop villages that sells to the processing station below it's location.They are one of four hilltop villages; Rugembe, Masenga, and Migoti.
